Hot Artichoke Dip

1       14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained
1/2    cup mayonnaise or more to taste
1/2    cup Parmesan cheese
1/8    teaspoon garlic powder
1/8    teaspoon paprika

Assemble all ingredients and utensils. In a bowl, mash the artichokes well. Mix in mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and paprika. Pour into a 1-quart ovenware glass dish and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Yield: 8 servings

Serve with melba toast rounds or your favorite tortilla chips.
